Is seised a word? I've never seen it spelled like that. It's seized isn't it?

and yet, they still spell it the other way. it's even spelled wrong in the original document I'm proofing from. And they told me to leave it. I so want to change it. it's wrong.

heh, well I doubt the people who wrote it are british. It's in a deed of trust document for the state of Washington. :)
