Am I retarded or am I just overjoyed?

Wow, it's been more than a month since I posted. Time flies, man.

I wish I'd put money on the Michael Jackson trial. People at work were convinced they'd get him on at least one count. I don't know whether or not he did it, but they just didn't have the evidence to convict. I don't know why people are so shocked.

New Backstreet Boys album tomorrow. I've already heard the entire thing, but I'm still excited to buy it. I'm thinking of getting the dualdisc version. Also tomorrow, new Foo fighters. I have also heard this entire album, but not as many times as the Backstreet Boys, so I'm excited to hear it again. The one album I really want to hear, but can't find yet, is Mr. A-Z. I've heard Wordplay a few times and I'm very keen to hear the rest.

Also? How am I ever going to find 100 icons to upload? I didn't even have my 50 slots filled until 2 days ago.

I'm apprehensive about the DualDisc. Phillips will not let them use the CD certification since they don't meet specification, and they've got 20 to 30 percent read failure rates.

I wish they'd do something like Warner and provide a CD and separate DVD in the same case.

Very interesting. I tried to find information online about this, but aside from press releases, I didn't find much in the way of an actual review. Just a few vague mentions that there have been problems. I did end up getting the DualDisc ( I guess I felt like gambling) and it seems to work in all of my CD players so far. I passed on the DualDisc for the Foo Fighters though, since it was $27.99. I probably won't buy a DualDisc version again unless I hear some good stuff and I really, really want the extra stuff. I haven't even had a chance to check out the DVD content yet.

I was wondering myself why they came out with a new format instead of offering a separate DVD. I like my Linkin Park CD/DVD sets. It's much preferable to me.
